Word gets around pretty fast in the Internet, one of life’s present-day great equalizers. Consider yourself lucky (besides the hard work) if you earn a tiny spotlight on your little corner on the net.
While my hats off already to the awesome photography talents of the Philippine wedding industry, I’m very grateful for the delightful welcome everyone has given me. I consider this the icing on the cake on my successful launch this week.
Wedding Essentials’ official blog – ‘We Heart Weddings’, has not only taken quick notice of my site launch, but has thrown in a full feature post on what my stuff is all about on their peachy, creatively informative blog.

One of the biggest surprises I had in doing photography is this.
I belong in a travel photography group called Travel Light, which has recently conducted a photo exhibit and workshops at the SM Mall of Asia this early September. The first workshop, was instructed by no less than one of the Philippines’ renowned wedding photographers, Mr. Lito Sy, and exceptionally modeled by former beauty queen/multi-titlist Ms. Josa Quintas.
Being more or less the rookie of the Travel Light team, which are composed of an incredible list of veteran photographers, they let me have my mini share of shooting along with the workshop people while I document the session. While mostly defaulting to studying classic angles, I played out some spontaneous, modern/contemporary approaches to a number of shots because of the limited shooting conditions and short time span. It was a pretty nice creative exercise on what I can do with so little time and space to manage. Talk about grace under pressure.
Now almost a month later, I rediscovered these gems resting in my hard drive, just begging to be posted.
